Need help getting to your appointment?
Our transport van is available to all of our patients at all clinics. Transportation will be provided to and from your appointment. Please request transportation when scheduling your appointment.
Patients under 17 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian. In compliance with Louisiana law, each passenger shall be required to have a safety belt properly fastened and/or be restrained in an age-appropriate child safety seat at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
