Quality Nurse (RN or LPN)
( Full time- Tensas or Vidalia Clinic)
Job Summary:

Support and implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Track data, outcomes, and trends to improve patient care

Assist with reporting, audits, and accreditation readiness

Coordinate meetings and support quality programs across the clinic

Help guide staff education and ongoing improvement efforts
Qualifications:
-
RN or LPN license
-
Experience in quality at an FQHC preferred (but not required)

Detail-oriented with a passion for improving patient care
