Students enrolled in the Concordia Parish School-Based Mobile Healthcare program can receive medical exams and tele-health visits at no cost. Through a mobile school-based center and virtual care tele-health platform.

Mobile Health Center

Our mobile health center will visit schools on a rotating schedule. On days that the mobile center is not present, school staff will initiate tele-health visits for students.

Emily Willard, APRN, FNP-C

Emily has been a nurse for over 12 years and a Family nurse practitioner for 7 years. She has experience in both primary care and cardiology and has been on our team for over two years.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor of science in nursing from Louisiana State University Health Science Center, New Orleans, LA.
Master's from Northwestern State University
Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
