Medical Care for Tensas Parish and Surrounding Areas
Tensas community Health Center is a federally qualified health center located at 1115 Levee Road in St. Joseph. While the Tensas Parish Health Unit is located in the same building, we are a separate facility. We have physicians, family nurse practitioners, and a dentist on staff Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Our medical staff includes:
